Solarfun Power, a manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules in China, today announced a significant new sales agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Solarfun will sell approximately 140MW of photovoltaic modules to UB Garanty Project S.L. in Spain over the next three years. The contract is expected to have an estimated value of between US$40 million and US$50 million in 2007.

June 6th,scholarship signing ceremony was held in Shanghai Jiaotong University.Chairman Mr. LU Yonghua of Solarfun and President of Shanghai Jiaotong University Mr. Xie Shengwu signed sholarship agreements on scene.

On the evening of Mar. 30, many celebrities appeared in Chengdu Exhibition Center.There the signing ceremony held. The cooperation was between Sichuan Jiannengjia Electronic Group and us. We invested RMB 300 million yuan in one PV project.

The ceremony of establishment of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Linyang Solarfun Research Center, which was established by both Shanghai Jiaotong University and Linyang Solarfun Co., Ltd, was held in the library of Shanghai Jiaotong University on Feb. 28. Mr. Lu Yonghua, the president of Linyang Group, and Mr. Zhen Hang, the dean of physics of Shanghai Jiaotong University, exchanged the signed documents. Then the deputy mayor of Shanghai and the deputy headmaster of Shanghai Jiaotong University uncovered the sign.
